I dont think it really needs complex functionality as it do not has to compete with my DAW.
HOFA is on the right track here, already found and noted above some great tools for just getting the job done, and in a way the modern mastering client appreciates.Īlso it's really cheap so can't really complain! If the succeed in expanding its functionality whilst listening to real users and keeping it stable ( hint, hint!) they surely have a potential winner.Functionality is a funny one.įor some people an old SADIE DAW is the most functional thing ever because you can pretty much do anything ever to a CD master from any source imaginable.įor some people HOFA with its drop, do, move on to answering more emails.ĭeep tools as deep as you need them based on REAL work, not an endless sea of parameters.īut as few clicks as possible to do the real work that gets the jobs out the door.

I haven't used yet nor I know the people behind it but it is a nice change to see they are interested in expanding/developing their software application through listening to day to day users and above all to mastering engineers for a change and not just some endorsee working in all fields of music except mastering.
